ACTA/diffs

Here you can see the differences per chapter (and per section for Chapter 2) between the January leak, the April draft, the July leak, the Washington August text, and the latest text from Tokyo in October.

In the diffs, some (but not all) minor spelling errors in the transcripts of the leaks are corrected. Comments are removed but references are kept in their original positions as far as possible. "Diffstoppers" (pi=3.1415...) are placed where necessary to get a diff between paragraphs which otherwise would not have been compared.

In the leaks you can see in brackets which country made which proposal, but all such country codes were removed in the April text.

Please feel free to comment on findings below each section!

JULY v. AUGUST

In sharp contrast to the established internet governance principles the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) encourage cartels to convene and decide how to rule the interent according to their business agenda, see http://pad.telecomix.org/ep/pad/view/Promote-cooperative-efforts/BdA0RR1hf8
